no, it hasn't. it has been delinquent for three years. it did not file to terminate registration and it's too late to do that now.

It has been a delinquent filer, not a non-reporting issuer. Two different things.

It has been a non-reporting company for 3 years.

And it just learned that that was a HUGE mistake on its part. Note that the SEC sent the company a delinquency letter, and the company blew that off. It should have expected a suspension.
