#58639 RE: shortorlong #58630

I won't make any pps predictions. The pps has nothing to do with management or the true potential of the company. It's simply the price people are willing to pay for the stock at any given moment. When people start believing that the pps is a bargain they will buy. You can't drive it down much further than it's perceived value and some people on this board have been doing a good job trying to drive down that perception without any actual facts. Saying things like the management has added 270 million shares to the float, the company will go out of business, the business plan is dead, Paul is getting rich off of shareholders or Paul is a fool for not cashing out at $.92 (of course they can't both be true). No evidence has been provided for any of this - and why all of the sudden did these criticisms reached such a clamor yesterday just as the pps was starting to go up.

I'm not here to make a quick trade and get rich overnight. My agenda is to hold on until the pps recovers and it will recover sometime in the next year as their new initiatives bear fruit and produce meaningful revenues. Until then we're at the mercy of day traders and new PR's.

I know what I own. A company with no toxic debt and an owner who will not dilute his shares unless it brings more value to the company (as of 1/31/15 only 10 million shares out of 270 million OS have been used to pay for services - that's ridiculously low compared to other OTC companies). A company with a great business plan that, once executed, will be a leader in this sector. There is no danger of this company going out of business any time soon if ever. There is no reason for it's pps to go much lower. As I said, when people perceive a bargain price, they will buy. I've already invested quite a bit in this company (110 thousand shares) and would like to buy more shares at these prices. As I've always said, don't invest any more than you can afford to lose on any stock and I'm close to my limit but the pps is now at a point were it's really hard not to buy more shares.
