Inside investors always come out ahead in any company. That's the bene of being an inside investor. That being said, it certainly doesn't mean any deal can't also benefit everyone else as well.
Just dump most of your position at a loss. Keep some for a lottery ticket. Think the odds are better than a lottery ticket. But, that is an opinion. Life is too short and there are too many other places that are more positive! You never know what could happen. Hub could get replaced. Lots of things can happen in Pennyland that are out of no where.
