The 4DMT web site mentions a license from UCB to AAVL for LCA congental blindness...

Is that what you are referring to? If so, why no mention of an LCA program on AAVL's latest investor presentation.

Yes intravitreal clearly better, AVA-201 is intravitreal. 201 is supposed to use a next-gen vector and they also talk about directed vector evolution, AAVL have a license with UC for that.

Makes me even more inclined to await further data on 101 before considering AAVL as sounds like 201 might be a better drug (I know going after wet AMD prevention versus treatment with 101 so a bit different).
