Can you imagine, mild-mannered Paul giving an updated shareholder presentation one day saying:


Phase 1 .. is now complete

Phase 2 .. we are nearing completion

Phase 3 .. we are commencing this phase now and will be closing on national and international municipality targets very soon. Once one signs with us, it is just a matter of time before they all sign.

In fact, Phase 3 is the Phase that WE ARE IN BEAST MODE SON!!!!
