I would agree 100% with you your assumption is based upon an estimate. But I would be 100% certain the town would be aware of any work being done as permits would have been required to have been issued. As of November no work was done, and no talk of any work being done over the winter and with Bill during the fall and again now finding a buyer for Urkranian Hempinfused Perogies, likely still not done. And why would he? the original unnamed lender seemed to have pulled out and of course the audited financials have been coming for as long as the share price was going to hit $1.00 so not much stock, no pun intended, in that theory of the build being completed.

It's not that difficult to see that nothing much was built inside the barn. The building permits would be a matter of public record. Also, the same people who put the vault in there could have hauled it right back out. It's modular. It only needed to be there long enough to take some pictures and dump some stock, maybe let some inspectors see it. After that there was no longer a purpose in leaving any money tied up that way.
