Discerning investors consider questionable behavior, irregularities or illegalities! The mis-use of another company's/individual's brandname brings a company's operating behavior into question! I would hope that TRTC would want to clear itself fully in this matter... before any possible lawsuit!
Moot? Hardly. The possibility that TRTC could be forced to abandon their IVXX brand after spending so many shareholder dollars on it is an extremely important issue to investors.
It's no secret that Barnhill successfully registered the trademark before TRTC even came on the scene.
The fact that, presumably, TRTC didn't even do proper research to determine the viability of the branding says a lot about how this company operates.
