Scottrade is one of the worst brokers to trade pink sheet penny stocks out there. Ameritrade had it on dtc chill list and wouldn't allow you to buy or sell MDIN. As of tonight thought Ameritrade doesn't see it on the DTC Chill list and you can buy shares. So i believe in all honesty it really has been removed.
