RAYSTEREAM was concocted as a deliberate SCAM VEHICLE upon which to defraud trusting people who invested their money while PEOPLE IN THE KNOW 'traded' the stock to make money even though they knew the elaborate technological claims RAYSTREAM was making were laughably untrue.
