UPDATE toward LICENSING on FUTURELAND - WATER INCLUDED
April 9th, was a great update I feel that INCC has on the OTCMARKETS website, this gives us a great idea of where they are at on the WATER situation - after looking through things, I am pretty happy to see where INCC is at with everything....
you can see the update at this link and click on the 3 documents, they are excellent REAL reads - INCC is not afraid to SHOW shareholders the truth, which I am excited about...this also shows their confidence level is high in terms of their achievement of getting a license soon...
they are going through a REAL PROCESS and the process takes engineers, attorneys, surveyors, contractors, city officials, and also MONEY - which they told us time and time again that they have financing in place and as you can see there is proof of the $10,000 wire transfer right in the update...
another thing that I noticed is there are 4 OTHER GROWERS on the same WATER ENGINEERING LETTER
one of the other GROWERS is already PUBLICLY TRADED like INCC
that company is NuGro Industries, it is on the same water engineering letter to the state of colorado as GPS LaVita (INCC)
this company (NuGrow) is going through the same process as INCC and working toward a construction permit and also a grow license in the same EXACT county....(Huerfano County) right now their stock(CGRW) is at .40cents..... they are roughly 4 months ahead of INCC
they (NuGro) started their process in Huerfano county last year(NOV 2014), but already INCC managed to be included in the same WATER DISTRICT LETTER that they are on even though INCC started this YEAR(2015) - so that shows you that INCC knows how to move the project along a little faster because INCC just announced in Jan 2015 about this property in Huerfano County....
here is where you can see INCC (GPS LaVita) and NuGro , both on the same water letter:
here is the proposed location of the water well:
also here is the water AUGMENT plan for INCC - dated APRIL 1st 2015:
NuGrow Water Augment is dated Nov 2014 - it is actually 5 months EARLIER - but YET - INCC is still on the same WATER DISTRICT letter....
The first attempted application submission to the county for the Eden's Garden license was back on 3/12
and the water update was something that the county said that they needed, so this update on APril 9th is all part of the water update that the county is needing...
Eden's Garden and Finnegan's Garden are both growers that we know about and have verified (if you see the below DD, you will see the Articles of Incorporation and GoodStanding Certs)
FutureLand (AEGA) has another tenant on their LAND besides INCC - that tenant and INCC's growers are both going to be using this Commercial Well...
a great benefit here is that INCC has first right of refusal on this PROPERTY (over 200acres)
their original lease was 5 acres and now already, INCC has exercised that first right of refusal and they added an additional 30 acres - for 35 acres total...
and you can also see it in the FWDG shareholder update on March 25th, FWDG placed in the PR that they are reserving 30 more acres for INCC and then on April 6th, roughly 11 days later INCC tweeted that they amended the LEASE to 35 acres...AGAIN this is another SHOWING of things going in a step by step fashion - totally transparent....
AEGA, FWDG, IFXY, VMGI - all 4 of these public companys have an interest in INCC getting an MJ LICENSE
HUERFANO COUNTY is counting on INCC to get a LICENSE also...
BELOW is the DD up to date so far:
All of the FOLLOWING are VERIFIED STEPS that needed to be ACCOMPLISHED to ACHIEVE a LICENSE!
INCC is serious about getting an MJ GROW LICENSE
The FOLLOWING is WEEKS of DD, all put into ONE POST - ENJOY!!!
Grading PLAN:
here is the TOPO #1 this was promised to be complete by March 13th, they completed it on March 10th - love the OVER DELIVER menality of INCC, shes a beauty :)
PATENT FILED and TRADEMARK FILED

Pot inquiries keep Huerfano planning office busy Eric Mullens February 5, 2015 WALSENBURG — Huerfano County Planner and Code Enforcement Officer Steve Channel has a spreadsheet on his computer listing the various property owners and investors who are interested in joining what has become Colorado’s green boom; the marijuana growing business.
Martra Holdings, who is in negotiations with the City of Walsenburg to purchase over 300 acres of land on the City Ranch, east of Walsenburg off of Hwy. 10, has also made inquiries regarding leasing the former modular home manufacturing site or even the long-closed Corrections Corporation of America’s Huerfano County Correctional Center.
A company known as FutureWorld has made initial contact with the planning office with a potential plan for constructing facilities, as a property developer, similar to Martra Holdings, for possible clients; Colorado Flower LTD, and Medical Cannabis Holding.
Martra Holdings, they are still a private company
this was on their website:
Martra Holdings Co is now accepting private investors for our inital Class “B” Common Stock equity offering totaling $3,600,000.
This offering is only being made to Accredited Investors (as defined by the Secuites and Exchange Commission).
Obviously this Martra Holdings Co are seeing a need to SELL STOCK/RAISE MONEY for the POTENTIAL PROJECT that they have on the table in Huerfano County (ironically they are looking to raise 3.6million which is similar to the amount of funding that INCC has already.....)
Also there was a quote from someone representing the town expressing their excitement about the town growing:
“I would love to see Walsenburg flourish and get bigger and more jobs and more businesses. I was born and raised here so I would want the best for here,” she said.
this seems to be the mentality of the county, they are looking to be aggressive in getting deals done .. . ..
Futureworld on the otherhand - ALREADY OWNS THE PROPERTY - and the LEASE is ALREADY IN PLACE with INCC
in addition, INCC has 2 growers lined up already!!!!!!!
this article was written OVER 2 weeks ago - and by the time the ARTICLE was written - most likely the CONTACT STARTED in JAN 2015 with the COUNTY and PERHAPS SOONER...
this is definitely sooner then I thought, and the process may be further along then what we have been thinking . . . .
also, we found this QUOTE in the MEETING MINUTES from THE COUNTY:
Cameron Cox, with Future World, along with his attorney, anticipates submitting a Commercial Marijuana Cultivation Facility CUP application for two (2) separate facilities adjacent to Majors Ranch in the near future. Mr. Cox intends on leasing the facilities to two (2) separate growers.
many countys require that your company is scribed in the minutes and this is a pertinent step to the process ..... this is cropped from the meeting minutes http://www.huerfano.us/Building_PC_2015.php

LEASE RENT - IS WAY UNDER MARKET RENT
@ $2.75 per square foot
FROM ARMSTRONG STEEL article
Allocated growing space is a great investment. While industrial space in the City of Denver leases at an average rate of $4.74 per square foot, an increase of 21 percent over the past two years, according to Colliers International, examples are plentiful of marijuana businesses willingly agreeing to far higher rates — $17 per square foot or more — in order to secure space.
