I've been many times to the Pocones starting in the early 80s when the area was already well past its primetime, but I still liked the Bushkill Falls, the Niagara of Pennsylvania...

Poconos..still Beautiful area

I am curious if your property values have appreciated, and if you would purchase additional RE in that area? Pennsylvania area to me has always seemed to me to lag most States in the appreciation wave.. My Dad was avid fisherman and he took me to a lot of those areas..
