yes, been happening for years on the way up to 100 billion shares outstanding.

No,there is no dilution because the majority shareholder have restrictions placed on their shares. The company is non reporting and the only way they can move the stock is by filing. SEC rule 144 dictates this. We believe the holders have between 27-29 Billion shares which represents the OS. Everything else is the float which we think is small. You got a super great price. I'm hoping to pick up a few million more cheap shares real soon myself before this takes off $$$$$$
