I am also due to receive a third dividend for holding all of my shares through the prescribed date of record (12/31/2014). I don't recall ever being told what the is is even supposed to be. Any ideas on the third 2014 dividend? This sucks. jmo. gl.

The dilution is undeniable. Some of the promises are in question:

1. Will we receive an I-Texts divvy at the end of the month?
2. Will GCHI ever trade and at what price?
3. Will there be a dual listing or a massive reverse split?
4. Will FK uplist to the Frankfurt exchange?
5. Will I-Texts ever trade?
6. Will FK buy back ANY shares? It would be interesting to see how many shareholders want to tie up their shares for months just to get .0002 or .0003. I am betting not many.



Many promises have NOT been kept. Kristan also reported religiously up to 12/7/14. He then tripled the authorized and doubled the float WITHOUT reporting the s/s change to even the Nevada site.

To this point, all Kristan has done is "fleece" the common shareholder.

Time will tell about the other 6 questions.

Don't believe it. I was issued ghci shares last summer and they're still restricted. Anyone in the same situation? When can we trade these divy shares?
