I don't think it make sense to launch now. Patent goes of in 5 months and knowing a generic is there, further switching to 3 times weekly is unlikely now. Still not very happy we are only at 17.5 and the chart looks ugly with a peak at 20.
It you had asked me before today, I would’ve said no. However, based on today’s CC, it seems likely that the CAFC will rule quickly on the ‘808 patent without taking oral arguments from the parties. If the CAFC rules in MNTA’s favor, then the launch will become risk-free and automatic.
