This factor alone should show investors that this company and CEO are for real. I think 20-30 should really happen this week. The ability to "put" shares to the line of credit holder is hopefully how they will use some of what's available in the AS. They need money so it's in their best interest for the share price to be high so their conversions generate decent returns.
