I'd have to say you are doing pretty great if you grow more than you can eat. With every spring I hope to do better with My measly 6 beds... Can't imagine having 80 tomato plants going, but I'm up to 20, but will only plant 13. Going to try an early season variety of bush bean this year, and then follow with a second planting of a warmer weather variety.

Try this http://biocharnow.com. I haven't personally tried it but I know people that say it's great. Bigger plants and veggies. Supposed to rejuvenate your soil and last a long time.
