This is the email that I received from Bayside's transfer agent on March 4th. They had been providing me share structure information prior to that. This email is the only proof I can give, but of course if you contact the TA they will tell you they have been gagged by Bayside so you can easily verify it..

It's not a pic, but you can contact this person and I bet you'll get the same response.

"The Company has requested that we do not give out any information regarding share structure. Please contact the company's investor relations department."
