Regardless, of this or any theories you have, the faxct is this KMAG SCAM stock is now dead, and it's CEO has left the building. The SEC will catch up with him though. Shorts will not...BECAUSE THERE ARE NO SHORTS!!!
Call it what you choose but the point was it was likely a trade of non existent shares from one MM to another…
That is not what wash trading is. It's not what anything is, for that matter. MMs do not trade "nonexistent shares", except to the extent that they need to in order to provide liquidity. But KMAG is Grey, and no MMs are making a market.
So if I "choose" to call an elephant a bumblebee, that's okay?
