So what your saying is that Bayside Petrol doesn't exist anymore but somehow it is being sold for $5.5 Million dollars just days ago plus cash...........but now it's non existent?

How exactly can you sell something for so much that is nonexistent? So it's worthless but still worth $5.5 Million on a Merger deal?!?!?!

You can't have it both ways. The merger was a lie! The OIL prices had already dropped to $48.00 per barrel when they announced the deal but now the Oil prices are why it was canceled? NO, I DON'T THINK SO!

Below is a picture of company headquarters for iSeeAutomation in Roseville, Michigan, LOL. This is the company that created their website a few days ago, lists Honda, Ford, BMW, etc as clients and is going to give us $5 million in preferred stock plus a "cash consideration." They're close to the corner so maybe they can set up a lemonade stand to help raise funds.

It will be interesting to see what the ratio of the dividend will be. Board's interesting too. There's a number of folks that now want the pps to come down so they can get more shares for their money. News appears to be interpreted by the market as basically neutral til more facts come out regarding divis, cash amount, more sales and profit figures, etc. BYSD is positioning itself for further revenues and profits. All, my opinion.
