Currently, I am using QuoteTracker with E*Trade for the streaming realtime quotes. QuoteTracker is "free" (but think I will pay the yearly subscription price; great program!), and I have an E*Trade for the streaming source, which is also free. So to clarify:

[E*trade streaming source] - - - > [QuoteTracker] - - - > [AmiBroker]

QuoteTracker acts more as an interface between many different type of data sources and AmiBroker.

But keep in mind that there are numerous data source that can be used with AmiBroker. Odds are you will find a way to get your Forex data (EOD and intraday) into AmiBroker. And as mr_cash4 has already responded to, InteractiveBrokers works directy with AmiBroker, thru a plug in.
