Tenders and corporate reorganizations in general can take a maddeningly long time for brokers to process. For instance, in the account I manage that previously owned AGN, the broker still shows fractional shares of ACT despite the fact that all fractional shares were converted into cash in the merger that closed in mid March.
Wondered the same thing re FMI, so I asked Investor Relations. Most likely end-of-the-week was their reply, with the following color:
It is impossible too say, but I am assured by the banks and transfer agents that the process should wrap up this week. Sorry for the imprecise answer, but there are a number of third parties involved in the process, so many variables outside of our direct control. Needless to say we are pushing to have the process conclude ASAP.
