Don't know about Byrne, but Bill went to the lowest accredited Law School in the US...at the time he attended, I don't believe it was accredited and that might explain why he didn't attempt to pass the U.S. bar and is now facing ethical code of conduct charges in Canada. I wonder if Chaaban signed this one, or if Glasel is now some kind of V-P, or interim CEO...
