....btw i proudly say 'Team Cheryl', cause she Tweeted a pic of an IHub post today that supported her and OSLH. She said basically she will take care of us shareholders. And yes she made penny stock mistakes in the past, but now has clearly explained what really happened and owned up to it - and she didnt profit from them...though people have beat this dead horse for two years now on IHub lol: well its all explained and clear now, and its time to move on. See below, and read the last couple days of her FB and Twitter posts on your own to learn even more (i want to add it all but this post would be just too long....):
From Twitter:
4h4 hours ago Cheryl Shuman ?@CherylShuman @0001Trader RFMK hired me for their PR launch, used my name to pump up their stock, didn't pay me and hurt shareholders. Never again.
...and from FB: [b] "My first lesson in penny stocks was RFMK back in 2012. They approached me to hire me as their PR person to launch their product "CannaCig". As many of you know, I did a great job for them, getting them on talk shows, tv shows, placed with celebrities and more all within the first 30 days. So many people think I made millions from that gig on stock. I didn't. I have to laugh sometimes because, I never had stock in the company at all. NOR did I get paid. Just a few weeks ago, I got another painful reminder about the mistake I made in working with RFMK. Their auditor sent me a letter to REMIND ME THAT THEY DIDN'T Pay me and still owe me. Interesting huh? That company took advantage of millions of dollars of publicity that I generated for them, used my name for years now and never paid me. I use vaporizers all the time, whether it be open vape, my volcano etc. People have always assumed, repeat ASSUMED that I was still promoting RFMK when in fact, the vaporizers in my hands all of these years have been various vape pens from different companies, because they gift them to me all of the time at events. I've had other companies that have asked me to be on their advisory boards, like WeedHire. I agreed to be on their advisory board, but it is not a paid position, nor is their any stock compensation. I agreed to it because they needed advise and guidance on creating jobs in the marijuana industry which is something I believe strongly in. So for any clarification, just note, that I did a 60 day campaign for RFMK getting their product on TV and left them immediately after the Ricki Lake Show aired years ago for their failure to honor their contract. Just sayin...."
...BUT now onto OSLH, where Cheryl is not just a PR person or on the Advisory Board just to help for free: she is here to bring ALL of her intellectual properties, including TV and more !: woooo:::
Cheryl Shuman April 6 at 5:40pm · Did you hear the news? Cheryl Shuman (little old me) has signed an LOI for a "Joint Venture" With $OSLH (Stock Symbol) It was a huge day for us! After waiting for three years to find the right company. I will be taking all of my intellectual property and bring it to life. We will be documenting the success of these ventures for television smile emoticon Super excited!
Here is her official bio. Or, you can just Google her too and see her on top TV shows like The View and CNBC - or magazines and newspapers like The New York Times of late....but here is a brief business bio for our purposes now and limited time:
"That first house call (to Michael Jacksons house) led to a new business named Starry Eyes and within three years reached revenues of $22 million, working on the biggest films, TV and music properties in Hollywood. Her expertise led to regular appearances on The Today Show, Access Hollywood; Entertainment Tonight. With the huge success of Starry Eyes, Shuman was approached by QVC Network to have her own show and entered into a mutually rewarding seven year relationship...(then).....Cheryl built the largest cannabis media source in the world with Kush Magazine in 2010 as Director of Celebrity, Media & Public Relations, taking them from $150,000 in gross revenues to more than $6.5 million in revenue within 18 months.":
And...do people realize Cheryl handles what i think is the worlds largest Cannabis hedge fund, just launched last year, as well as a MJ crowd-funding platform?:
" Shuman recently launched the marijuana industry’s first crowdfunding platform called CannaDabbaDoo. She also manages a $100 million hedge fund to invest in the cannabis industry, is CEO of Cheryl Shuman LLC, and founder of the Beverly Hills Cannabis Club."
$100 million dollars.....set up.....to do what?: invest in MJ companies. ....so for me not a stretch to think this hedge maybe will invest, into the stock and or the company OSLH, that she wants to do a JV with, and is looking to exploit ALL her licensing and lifetime of MJ projects and products as she mentioned on the FB page...:
"......that was until I met Steve & Bob with OSLH. After many sleepless nights afraid of making a wrong decision, I finally said yes to Bob & Steve to build out and fund all of my intellectual property and brand portfolios for my own company. We agreed to start a "Joint Venture" process last Friday. We've been digging in and making it happen. This is a little video shoutout we did for my production team so that they could see what Steve looks like and sounds like and how we interact. I love the team at OSLH and couldn't be more excited to explore the possibilities. Not only are they a fully reporting company, but they allow me to have the infrastructure to monetize our brands together to finally take advantage of all the media we've had which totals over a billion $$$ in earned media. We shot this at our breakfast meeting at 7 am last week just after I signed our JV agreement. We're hammering out all of the details now and guess what, it looks like we are going to be including it all in the TV projects I'm working with also!!!! I truly hope that you will all follow our progress online as we move forward. I am so thrilled and happy to finally find the right team after all of these years."
So: we have the most famous and successful business lady of the MJ world and OSLH teaming up via JV. And we also have this simple 1+1 connection of OSLH possibly with a $100 mil MJ hedge fund and a separate MJ crowd funding platform that she handles too (whew!)....question to you: wouldnt you think these financial entities are then gonna use a few mil of that, over time, to buy shares of or put into OSLH and grow the biz? I think its more then quite possible....and think thats why bigger money can feel safer getting in here too...as we all have seen the large dollar amounts being traded every day here of late. With the JV confirmed, which they are working on right now, look for the next breakout and up; we have seen many other MJ stocks go past .05 cents in the last year or so: OSLH has i think a possible greater potential then many of those, which often have AS's over a billion .....
OSLH is a fully reporting OTC QB, not Pink stock....and you gotta like this Shre Structure. Especially for potentially the hottest new MJ ticker in the entire stock market guys, now that Cheryl Schuman is here and 'in it to win it' as she has been tweeting, lol yes!:
Market Value1 $5,312,746 a/o Apr 09, 2015 (compare this Market Cap to other MJ's: still very low!) Authorized Shares 649,000,000 a/o Mar 26, 2015 Outstanding Shares 547,705,753 a/o Mar 26, 2015
Dollar volume too high, AS too low, Cheryl too well known (media often refers her to the most well known and important female Mj player), the MJ hedge fund she manages too big ($100 mil), the OSLH JV with her too potentially lucrative with all her upcoming branding/TV/products and businesses, and MJ stocks are once again too hot these days: to not only buy shares and hold some longer, but to do so proudly with Cheryl who already has been so Clear with us, and is so driven to succeed.
Or just simply put this all upside down: you gonna bet against her success with her track record, money connections and fame, now for the first time for any public company and stock she is 'all in' with this JV? This stock is just around a penny - you dont see the possible exponential growth with all the above?...ok.... Whatever, dude.....lol
But thats it....only invest what you can completely afford to lose as always with every stock in the world, Oh My Hobbits, Elves, Dwarves, Wizards....but no Orcs 'dis time, sick of them, lol
