ive been hearing about all these "whales" on the sidelines. im sure theyll be here any minute.
and i agree REVO will be worth a dollar at some point. right now though REVO is actually in the red to the tune of 2.5 million.
all whom wish are more than welcome to go look at any filing including the one that i copied and pasted directly from the link you provided.. NONE of them say what you said. nowhere does it say a buyback would be prompted on winning a lawsuit.
private investors dont do "slaps" if they did that would be a public transaction.
now if you mean you're gonna get private investors to buy convertible debt and loan the company money to dump shares later..
that would make sense and be private. but in that scenario there would be no slapping from a 'private investor round up' merely a bid whacking dumpathon.
predicting maybe's? that seems like sound advice..
