What are your thoughts on JnJ's appeal in the USPTO court? How did you think the appeal read? Are you worried at all that the Solicitor General is now working in tandem with DECN?
What I think is so impressive is that JnJ filed the initial patent infringement suit yet now they are fighting for their lives.
