Different case. XXII entered a civil suit seeking damages vs Mr. Brink and Spectrum Universal. Apparently they were going to enter a licensing agreement on something cannabis-related. It was found that Spectrum misrepresented company info after signing a LOI. XXII pulled their offer, took them to court, and the case was settled.
The pending settlement agreement should indicate monetary compensation, if any.
Monday the 13th at 2pm is court date for JP vs. XXII. Everybody on sidelines waiting for outcome. IMHO Wonder if TP is on JP's side could make it interesting on proxy vote for new directors. With TP and JP shares they have over 14 million votes. Hmmmm
