Brilliant... So in my due diligence reading these boards I have one side posting case numbers and pacer filings and one side posting quotes by message board posters as fact when nowhere in any other form is there anything at all to back up such claims.. It's going to be tough for me to decide which pieces of intimation I need to weigh more heavily.
