The news of BB and Tivo creating a small controled offering is sure to be a testing area.. BB knows it is getting beat with its instore sales and was too late to the starting gate with the online - direct ship - no late fee task.. BB has 2 strikes on them and are under pressure to get on base first.. they know where the movie rental business is headed.. they all do and they are not going to spend their resources in a midstage movie rental transition.. I see BB spending a large % of $ and resources to BE the direct download of choice.. they are pinched and have to play it risky in order to re obtain control of the market.. I see BB fastracking the direct download through its existing contacts.. and in turn if there existed any talks with CC on their involvement with GnF regarding the video download to the home CC will see this and push up its efforts to secure the GnF Entertainment channel via a download box.. as i'm sure you see it too.. :)
