Do you really think the USAMRIID gave NNVC permission to say "Our drug candidates were found to be broad-spectrum, in that they were equally effective against Ebola virus as well as Marburg viruses" but nothing else?????????????
It was a total, complete, and utter DISASTER hence the PR talks about a "our final EbolaCide™ drug" that doesn't exist yet!!!! If Seymour had a "final EbolaCide™ drug" that actually worked, he would say, "We have a final EbolaCide™ drug" instead of talking about the "insight" learned from this and the previous FAILED drug from 5 years ago and the need to "continue to optimize" the platform.
It's a dead duck, the smart money has figured it out and are hitting the sell button as fast as possible. The dumb money is all that is left.
