UTFN - the market has already priced in 9B shares. In fact, I think it has oversold GZFX. The market cap now is less than what it was before the CC deal. That is taking into consideration all 9B shares.

My understanding is the OS is still 4.2 billion but in the web cast the John said it could (and a lot of us believe it eventually will) go to 9 billion. If they get enough subscriptions to bring substantial income, then the OS may not increase so much.

And the AS is 25 billion, so theoretically it could go to that or even more if management decided they needed that funding.

Also, IMO this is a penny stock controlled by traders and MMs and will remain so until they get substantial income and profit. All the money they pocket from the newbies and sheep is money taken from the PPS which will not recover until more newbies and sheep are found to put money back in.

Also IMO, either have confidence in the company and tuck your long term shares away for a year or three and don't worry about them, or join all the other traders.

IMO, with all of theses shares the PPS will have a hard time getting back to .02 or .03 until we show some nice growth.

I am like you, I keep buying more to average down, but my average is way too high to hope for break even anytime soon.
