The restriction does not guarantee the price for any period of time. And I hope you don't think that HISC is going to 50 cents. It is going into the abyss one the r/s-like 1:50 is distributed...It will be essentially a distribution company getting a commision...And the vast majority here violently rejected the idea that the new shares would be restricted except me and very few others
