Re HDSI, I am not clear on what the float is now. 2 billion is not what I would call "low".

Per latest 8K from March 31, there are 1,922,000,000 shares outstanding. No mention of the float.

Per the Mar 23 8K they had 1,748,000,000 outstanding. They've been issuing a lot of shares lately.

Most recent float I can find is 92 Million, but that is from 2011. I'd like to know what the current float is.
