The folks here get to the nitty gritty real fast. I've learned the most here, myself. Read HISS's last announcement of the merger. The details are there, fairly clear. Some unknowns yet, but the acquisition company (EVIS) is a mess right now: Selling off its assets and having a reverse split to pay off debt. HISC will merge with Actsoft, acquire the EVIS shell that will have been made squeeky clean. Whammy, we're on the next level.
Sit and wait for the issue of stock. That'll make you smile. Everyone starts somewhere, friend.
