Thanks I do belive there is something tied to his shares based on percentages,I would be very interested in what you dig up. If Aruda thought nothing of the company he could have just forced a sale of shares or some kind of payment, but he went for shares and royalties... that doesn't sound like someone that's going to sell of his shares and crash the stock and/or company. IMHO

You mean this?

"Without changing the total amount of royalties payable to Menon (4%) and to Leo Ehrlich (1%) under the terms of the Prior Agreement, Cellceutix shall pay to Agrenetics, and to its counsel, Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner LLP, a District of Columbia professional corporation located at 901 New York Ave, NW, Suite 1100, Washington, DC 20001 (“Finnegan”), from sums that would prior to this Amendment have been payable to Menon, an amount equal to two percent (2%) of worldwide"

I certainly agree with your contention that the shares are a good investment for Aruda. However, the royalties are based on the sales of the product not the amount of shares held. The royalties are an entirely separate matter. They could sell all their shares and still be owed the royalties.

I'll do some digging but I think I remember that Aruda also gets royalties just like Dr. M on hit cut of shares. If that's the case then he might not sell any of them and all of this fake doom and gloom that some are trying to spread is crap. Don't forget that if he was a co inventor of K he knows how it works. Why would he fight to get shares when there is a possibility of a much higher valuation one day. That's like me selling my stock now when I've already doubled my money which isn't enough...why??? Cause all my DD points to the solid science here.
