Yes, I agree. We can trade in Grey and I think as any buyout ahead we'll start to see vol. and any open positions will start to be covered ahead of the news. Watch for that.
The 8.5Bill Nss will be a heavy lift, the pps will have to be raised to get buys in, Gene and Ngai will not make a deal with nss, a cover will have to happen in grey market. Or the open positions can wait for what the tender offer buy will be and then its Katie bar the door -this will go nuts on buyout news!
I think for us average investors like myself it will be hard to acquire anymore shares -the Hedges will need those shares and buying will be at a premium
