WHAT doesn't make sense is the fact that Megola is delinquent on many fronts....their financials from 6 months ago haven't been validated by council letter, Q2 ending Jan 31 is now delinquent. The OTC Markets have their trading status as a "yield sign" for limited information.
Secretary of state NV web site shows they are delinquent on their business fees..

SO WHY, for what we are to believe they have funded (well their subsidiary) a MJ company with millions of dollars. YET, the company is not remotely in good standing? WHY, where did their new web site go...why was it removed or shut down? WHY no news for over a year...a year and yet they funded millions and not one bit of news forward....hmmmm
