he definitely said NDA, which obviously means that there is in fact an "agreement" of sorts (which could be as innocent as an NDA not to disclose the fact that they are in talks).

Not quite what he said...and what he did say in no way makes me believe that there is any type of target deal in place....

Now you can twist his words to mean anything you would like, but they in no way confirmed a non-disclosure agreement was in place with Target but that each potential deal they are working on has a non-disclosure deal and he will not discuss them publicly until they are announced.
