I think the most important tool in the arsenal of a technician are the moving averages ... I see everything else as nothing more than a mathematic bastardization of the truth.
Anyway, I'll give you three things that are going for it and one biggy against it. FOR = 1) bullish x-over on the STOs 2) rising RSI 3) the price did a bullish x-over on the nine. AGAINST = OBV, without accumulation you might as well sell into strength. My sell-stop is at $2.17-- and I mean it this time.
