Ten days = ten days.... Been down this road before .... Just ask anyone here how well the whole patience thing has worked out for them....

co should not say within ten business days ,if they can't,

...if the co wants to be a real co ,they must pr dates that they can reach in the time frame stated.or ahead of time .......

as you say now the co wants to be extra sure , well........they should of said in pr within 20 days imo
