ASTN and their CEO have sued me. They have lost rounds one and two. It will soon be dismissed for quite a few reasons. The lawsuit was basically illegal. They will have to pay ME. Three almost identical lawsuits were just won by defendants and they received attorneys fees. I have proven that my posts were factual on the board. I have not lied. Saying something negative that is the truth is not libel. You need to check a dictionary.
Someone from the RB board emailed me that they forwarded all of your information to the SEVU class action attorneys so I needn't bother.
