Sorry if I sound anti salvation army. That's not the case at all. My god mother use to take me to meetings with her at the Salvation Army. She belonged to the SA women's league. On weekends, we would spend time at retirement homes because there's lot of elderly people that didn't ever have any visitors. I do agree with you on the fact that they're one of the better charities.
