Solterra, picture bulk custom tetrapods in barrels connected to tubes leading down to printer heads on an assembly lines that are applying layers to film. The reactors are set back from the line and keep the barrels of metamaterial tetrapods filled to appropriate levels. That is what I am talking about....one or two steps in the manufacturing process not the entire line. This takes time to design out a section in a line.
