They are quoted on OTC:XXMMF, the stock has done much worse than you think, look at a one year chart.

You overlooked the fact that while it is stated both NBRI and Ximen are run by qualified professionals Nobody clarified WHAT profession they are talking about.

I don't know about Ximen but NBRI is run by a very qualified and very professional scammer.
