Lol of course there is a bit of dilution especially with such a thin share structure. But the stock has moved and came back down because of flipping mostly. Dilution here has been minimal. And us who trade this ticker know that and play it accordingly. No one marries an OTC stock. Even with dilution the SS is still in a fair playfield.
