Past bitterness aside signing Panasonic and ADDP has to make this stock boom. I am asking here more than telling. Whats the opinions of peeps who haven't been burned in the past by WNTR? Thanks

I saw that it got extended to April 21st so we probably won't know until then.

"The company also announced that it has extended the Dutch Tender Offer until April 21, 2015, to provide for the transfer agent to become the depository agent and to co-ordinate with Depository Trust Company to provide for the electronic submission of offers."

What I don't get is how this process works? It's a voluntary offer from .0001 to .01 per the 2nd link. Anyone familiar with this "Dutch Auction"?

I put 2K in today, would like to put in more if there is going to be a massive share buyback. Thoughts anyone?
