the approvals was supposed to be the relief that things are happening and it's real. This was the GO signal for all those sitting on the sidelines as people claim, but the reality is, there's no people sitting on the sidelines, there's no people wanting to get in AT ALL. If they believed, this would be the perfect time to get in, approvals as official and the PPS so cheap. Do you expect me to believe that these people just want to buy at a higher PPS?
