this would only apply if there is a few days with significant high volume let's say x-times the O/S shares...this will only occur in connection with a filing and if this is the case it would be great ! In all other circumstances even if the pps goes to 1 cent within days which i believe it will the SEC has NO reason to quit cease trading!
