What good are patents if the FDA will not approve the product? How long did it take Embeda to get approved???????????

WOW!!! that is truly unbelievable!!! but but but........ polymer chemistry is very complex. Just exactly who is the polymer chemist at Elite that invented this wonderful new polymer?? and since this is so special I would have thought they would have applied for a composition of matter patent (which they did not). Where is this super duper polymer actually synthesized??
