Naked short sales are not permitted in Canada. IIROC UMIR Policy 2.2 Part 2 (h) provides that it is manipulative and deceptive to "enter an order for the sale of a security without, at the time of entering the order, having the reasonable expectation of settling any trade that would result from the execution of the order". In addition, National Instrument 24-101 Part 7 states that "A registered dealer shall not execute a trade unless the dealer has established, maintains and enforces policies and procedures designed to facilitate settlement of the trade on a date that is no later than the standard settlement date for the type of security traded prescribed by an SRO or the marketplace on which the trade would be executed".

Could not agree more. If you have an investing time frame that is longer than a few days time, this is an absolute no-brainer here. There will, I am absolutely sure (as my portfolio would confirm, putting my money where my mouth is) not come another time in our lifetimes the opportunity where we will be able to pick up cheap stock of a company that has been validated by that many great names in the industry!

Or ask yourself how often have I seen an opportunity like this happen? How often do I think an opportunity like this will come again? Be honest to yourself...

Normally, companies like Sphere go public only ONCE they have reached multi-billion dollar market caps and normally we complain that only top tech VC firms only got the opportunity to buy early. You want to know why that is normally the case? Well, just look at what Sphere has to go through! And now, due to its unique history here we FINALLY go, finally our chance to participate in a new VALIDATED technology in a huge future growth sector at an early stage and cheap price...

So, what will we do about it?

After all of the partnership agreements over just the past months, ANYbody who then decides: "No, I would rather act emotionally right now and in panic exactly do what the shorts want me to do!", well he or she almost deserves to then not benefit from this...fair enough...

Last point for today, if you think the temporary share price drops hurts emotionally (hey, lets be honest it does!), but then just imagine for a moment then what it would feel like emotionally to have passed out on an opportunity like this...and then apply that pain over a lifetime...

" I am absolutely rock solid in my conviction."

I urge investors here to go back and listen to the CC a second time. Without nerves and super high expectations, it's really not that bad, apart from the opening up the call to small investors part, which is just stupid. What's crucial to me is that there are no signs of fear, nervousness, doubt that I can detect when they are describing the business and their expectations of it. There is nothing in their manner that suggests they now have doubts about the revenue prediction. It seemed to me that they were protecting themselves against any discussion of the nature of the relationship with Microsoft. I'm not an experienced tech investor but isn't it possible that Microsoft has given them some kind of guarantee on minimum sales and that forms a large part of the basis for the revenue prediction? If so, Microsoft might well not want that to get back to Dockers or anyone else, and things become more understandable. Like Pepsi, I've got a lot riding on it, and I'm not selling a share.

well, just for the record, I still have all my shares...except a few that are gone due to margin. However, as I review the board tonight, it appears, there is not a clear consensus...even talk of dilution now???....short reloading??? what is this about? anyone know what really is going on?

upshot: in my post, I was verbalizing my frustration with management and shareholder in general as to whether we are on top of this thing. I admitted I am not a big techie, but with the partners they have, it seems like we have a no brainer...but it is trading like the shorts are in control? if this is so good, why NO INSIDER BUYING? why are the big wigs not buying? maybe, per GetSmart, they are?

you know, there are a number of you pissed off about the conference...well, I still am in confusion as to what is going on...perhaps, this is what happens with a start up company? I duuno know...I guess, I have been following this board for some direction--NO guarantee ya know... and I am not getting any. Yes, I have communicated with Peter Bookman and another individual in Europe... from time to time, but they deal in generalization: the future is brght...well?

no need to respond...thought I would check out the messages after taking a week off from the board...perhaps, more. Hoping next week the upward trend continues. I can tell you, if this reverses downwards next week...I am not waiting for this to lose another dollar or so. I have a number of stocks that have potential...to place my monies. Have a good one. again, no need tor respond. just checking the board for ENCOURAGING FEEDBACK, which I do not really get from management or the experts(ie, Bookman, and company).

Good luck to all of us.hope to hold onto ANY.
