It's complicated. They also issue stock to professionals for services. Those don't count as debt settlements, I think. Then there is collateral, and stock incentive programs.

I still have to demand an explanation to the new million shares printed by our CEO, when we thought that there was a cap on the dilution madness it seems to go on, this is not acceptable if we can't get a reasonable explanation to it!! Hope you hear me Peter, this is crucial, in our path to ever try to get the confidence back from the market, most certain also for FN and Nasdaq!

I agree with you RD that there is definitely some positives in the 10-K, loans on normal market terms/using shares as collateral also I give some hope that we managed to hire Arctic as an advisor...

The problem, as usual, is that everything in here are postponed, Solomon called 2013 a "lost year" now we have another, we are hoping for EPS to make a big jump in 2015 or 2016, just as we did last year when we read the 10-K for 2013. We just have to move from being a company filled with hopes and smoke blowed up our ss's by your CEO-savage to a company that starts to execute and deliver! First inline for Solomon is to give us an explanation to the "new million" secondly to give guidance, God dammit how hard can it be for this man to get his act together!!?? After a quick look last night I saw that they were giving some projection of sales on a couple of project, how hard can it be to do the rest of the math!? Yes, reality changes Solomon, we have seen that for 4,5 years now as shareholders that is NO EXCUSE for you to not give us and the marketplace guidance, capish!??
